Innomerc Tech was established in 2024 with a clear purpose: to make professional-grade cybersecurity and technology services accessible to businesses in Nepal, not just large enterprises, but organisations of every scale.
Nepal's digital landscape was expanding fast, but many local businesses were adopting internet-facing systems and cloud tools without adequate security foundations. All penetration testing engagements at Innomerc Tech are conducted under signed written agreements defining the exact scope, timeline and authorisation for testing. We do not conduct unauthorised testing, and we do not retain client data beyond what is necessary for the engagement.
We follow responsible disclosure practices: vulnerabilities are reported to the relevant party privately, with adequate time for remediation before any public discussion is considered.
We decline engagements where scope is unclear, where we have any doubt about intended use, or where written authorisation is not established first.
Every penetration test is conducted under a signed engagement agreement defining scope and permissions.
Client data encountered during engagements is handled with strict confidentiality and is not retained beyond necessity.
We report vulnerabilities privately and allow time for remediation before any disclosure is considered.
If scope is unclear or authorisation is not established, we decline the work rather than proceed on assumption.
